Free US shipping on all orders over $50!


Hi everyone! Just thought I'd pop in a little note about our Shipping & Return Policies as well as some more info on your orders and how we handle them. I hope you find the below useful!

How do you ship & when should I expect my order?

Once we receive your order, it takes about 2 business days for me to pack and prepare everything. It's still a teeny, tiny business and it's basically just me and another part-timer handling everything from customer service, updating our website, packing orders, the works :) We do however sometimes outsource shipping and packing to a 3rd party fulfillment house during peak seasons and we always prioritize all incoming orders.

We normally ship via USPS First Class mail which gives you a tracking number. This takes anywhere from 3 - 7 business days after dispatch. If you do want it much quicker, please select USPS Priority Mail from our shipping options on your Cart page. It's much more expensive but that means your order will ship quicker and arrive within 2 business days after dispatch.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order has shipped, we won't be able to cancel it. You're able to return the order to us simply by emailing us here with your Order Number. All orders are to be returned at your own cost. We will then issue you a store credit for the value of the products purchased, less any shipping paid. 

Can I return or refund an order?

If at any time you're unhappy with your purchase, you an always return it to us within 14 business days of the order date (return postage to be borne by yourself) for a full refund, less any shipping paid. 

Once the 14 days expire, we're happy to accept returns but will only issue store credits instead of refunds, less any shipping paid.

Please note that all refunds or store credits will be issued only once we receive the returned item back to us so we can do a quality check. Any item that has been overly used will not be eligible for a refund unfortunately. 

Can I exchange a product for another one?

Definitely! Just email us here and let us know your Order Number and what product you'd like to exchange it for. Please note that return postage & any price differences need to be borne by yourself. This includes shipping costs to ship the new item out to you.

How do I contact you if I'm having any problems with my order?

Real easy... just drop us a line here and we'll make sure we get back to you within 1 business day (normally much quicker as I'm constantly on my emails!)
